Plot
The movie is about a false dowry case and the problems faced by the men and his family in such situations. The Kannada movie is an emotional roller coaster ride of men. The story focuses on the theme that men also have emotions and feel sad, but they don’t express their feelings. The film is amongst the few ones who come up with such issues experienced by men. Vasu comes from a middle-class family. His father is a priest at a temple. Vasu lived a decent life, but after getting married to Jaya, his life takes a turn. Jaya is portraying the negative character in the movie.
The abusive behavior of Jaya was no longer tolerable by Vasu, and he decides to confront her. The talks lead to a fight between the married couple. The whole family gets into the matter as a false case for dowry is filed against them. The film focuses on how sometimes the law is unable to see the truth when the situation is about women and dowry. The boy’s family faces many difficulties and sufferings during the court proceedings. When Vasu got blamed for a false case, despite being innocent, they were laughed at, no one ready to believe or listen to their side of the story.
Star Performance
Chandan Sharma is the main highlight giving an exceptionally brilliant performance. Analysis Although, the story portrays an excellent theme still there could have been more of men’s pain shown and what he suffered.
