Plot
Raghav is a cab driver in Bangalore who leads a lonely life. Raghav didn’t have proper food habits. He just smokes, takes coffee, and skips meals. He doesn’t have any friends but needs a person to solace. His neighbour, a nameless girl, satisfies her clients but is not interested in what she does. She doesn’t have anyone to share her feelings. Mahantesh, aka Manto, is a pimp, who crosses paths with Raghav. What makes these people connect and what changes do they get? The answer forms the rest of the story.
Star Performance
Aravind’s performance is neat, and Siri’s performance is natural and impressive. Both their on-screen chemistry is exciting, Gopalkrishna Desphande’s over-the-top performance is interesting, and it adds a kick to the story.
Analysis
Though the film appeals to be slow, it is basically a tale about people without friends or relatives to share their hearts with. The first half is very slow, and the characters are established without much dialogue but action. Both lead characters live in a small room. They have to move to their terrace to get them freed from suffocation in their rooms. The writing showcased these well, and the camera captured it brilliantly. The background music of Nakul is fantastic, elevating the slow scenes with more emotion. Many short dialogues are seen, but they have a meaningful connection.

Verdict
Despite the slow-moving first half, the film tried to capture the audience’s attention with its writing, performances, and music.  Bisi-Bisi Ice-Cream – Slow yet watchable!
