Star Performance
Zac Efron, who played Kevin Von Enrich did a fantastic job transforming his body according to the needs of the movie, he did look like a wrestler. No doubt his expressions were right on point, whether it was an emotional or a rage scene. Also, the remaining three brothers suited their character very well. The bond between the brothers in the movie is heart-touching and a rare sight of love. The rest of the cast were also so good that they was capable of taking us back to the 1980s.
Analysis
Not only the actors but the commendation is well deserved by makeup artists, costume designers, set dressers, and all other professionals who have worked hard to make the movie as realistic as possible. The complaint that arises is that the height of the brothers does not match the height of the Von Enrich brothers, who were the inspiration for the movie. Also, it seems that the film is rushed and a few scenes were trimmed from the real story of the Von Enrich family. Apart from that the movie was entertaining, because of the twists and surprises that the film releases at regular intervals.
