Mahesh And Murugadoss Flick Started Rolling!

Mahesh Babu and “A R Murugadoss” joined for the first time and the film started to roll yesterday. After wrapping up “Brahmotsavam,” Mahesh Babu has been waiting for two months to join Murugadoss. The shooting began, after a special pooja. During the pooja, Murugadoss and the technical team were present. But, the hero Mahesh was not present; instead, his wife Namrata Shirodkar graced the occasion. Touted to be a cop thriller with action elements, it will be simultaneously shot in Tamil and Telugu. This is the first direct Tamil film for the Prince Charm. Rakul Preet Singh pairs Mahesh for the first time. Earlier, Parineeti Chopra was zeroed for the role for a whopping amount of Rs. 3.5 Crores. Later the actress opted out from the film, saying that she could not be a part in promotional activities, as she had to be in the US for a shoot. This is how Rakul landed the film.
