SSMB 29’ To Be Made As A Single Movie?

SS Rajamouli looks set to rewrite rules.

According to the recent reports, SSMB 29 won’t be a multi movie franchise, but a single movie that might be more than three hours long, and possibly the longest movie of Rajamouli in terms of runtime. This decision is taken by Rajamouli himself, since he believes that other filmmakers are misusing his concept of multi movie franchise, which had begun with the iconic ‘Baahubali’ franchise.

SS Rajamouli is currently the most sought after filmmaker in the country, after he revived Indian cinema with his much delayed action drama ‘Raudram Ranam Rudhiram’. The film not only struck gold at the Indian box office, but also won multiple awards in both India and beyond, including an Academy Award for the Best Original Song, making MM Keeravaani and N S Chandrabose the first Indian artists to win an Oscar for an indigenous movie.
