Jr Ntr Denied; Mahesh Babu Undertook!

The Prince Charm, Mahesh Babu was not the first choice of Srikanth Addala to cast in “Brahmotsavam.” The film was first offered to Jr Ntr. As he was not satisfied with the script, he turned down the offer. Then the offer was passed on to Mahesh Babu, who accepted it immediately. It is heard that Tarak liked the idea of a family entertainer. But, he didn’t not like the way it was scripted. He wanted the script to be redone. Tarak was waiting for Addala for several months to come up with a fresh script. However, the director Srikanth Addala doesn’t want it to be reworked as it might lose its essence. Hence, the actor had no option to stay with that script. Meanwhile, “Sukumar” came with a good script and so, Tarak switched to it. It is none other than “Nannaku Prematho.” Although Nanaku Prematho was not a super duper hit, it was well received by the audiences than the latest “Brahmotsavam.” Although Brahmotsavam did a good pre-release business, it is heading towards a disaster, says the report.
