The film has shattered all the previous records of 2016 and collected Rs. 36.54 Crore on the first day. Although it is an incredible collection, Sultan didn’t overtake “Baahubali,” which tops the chart with 42.16 Crore. Salman’s Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (PRDP) that released in 2015 collected a whopping amount of Rs. 40.35 Crores. Though there is a strong belief that Sultan will surpass the entire collection record by Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, the experts are shocked that it didn’t surpass the first-day collection of PRDP. However, it is guessed that the film will collect a whopping amount of Rs. 200 crore soon. With the positive reviews, the film might collect Rs. 300 Crores, says a group of experts.
