Anushka Did It For Nag!

Anushka Shetty is among the busy actresses of Tollywood. Besides the bilingual “Baahubali” sequel and “S3” with Suriya Sivakumar in Tamil, Anushka has been committed doing “Bhagmati,” a horror thriller. Due to her hectic schedule, the actress could not spare the dates for “Kathilantodu” with “Chiranjeevi” and Gautamiputra Satakarni with Nandamuri Balakrishna. However, it is heard that the actress has given a positive nod to Akkineni Nagarjuna starrer, Om Namo Venkatesa. She accepted the offer only for Nag, who introduced her in Tollywood and gave her a good career with Super. That is the reason why she accepted to do cameo roles in Soggade Chinni Nayana and “Oopiri.” Om Namo Venkatesa is about Hathiram Baba, the devotee of Lord Venkateshwara. Anushka will be doing a devotee and Nag will play Hathiram Baba. Pragya Jaiswal, who was last seen in “Kanche” with Varun Tej, will also be seen in this devotional flick. Raghavendra Rao will direct this flick, which has Sourabh Raaj as Lord Balaji.
