According to the recent reports, the action drama Ghaati will now release on July 11, after being postponed from its original release on April 18. The movie stars Anushka Shetty in a lead role after a long time, alongside Vikram Prabhu.

This would be the second consecutive release for Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi, less than a month after the first part of Hari Hara Veera Mallu releases on June 12. Anushka Shetty is best known for her role in the Baahubali franchise as Devasena. However, unlike her co stars, she starred in very few movies, a notable exception being the bilingual movie Bhaagmathie, which was released in 2018. She last appeared in the romantic comedy Miss Shetty Mr. Polishetty, which released in 2023, and co starred Navin Polishetty in the lead role.
