Yes To Sudeep And No To Nagarjuna!

Earlier last week, it was said that ‘Dhanush’s next directorial venture will have Akkineni Nagarjuna in a pivotal role. Dhanush, who made his directorial debut with Power Paandi has been gearing up to direct his second venture under the production of Thenandal Films, which recently produced “Vijay” starrer “Mersal.” Later, it was said that the Dhanush movie would have Kannada superstar “Sudeep,” who played in Naan E, “Puli,” Mudinja Ivana Pudi and “Baahubali.” So, it was rumored that the film would have both the stars, Sudeep and Nagarjuna. The latest news is that Nagarjuna didn’t commit to the project and Dhanush managed to get a nod from the Kannada’s matinee idol, Sudeep. Touted to be a period drama, the film will start rolling on the floors from August. Dhanush will complete all his acting projects, before venturing into direction. The same goes for Sudeep, who will have to wrap up a couple of films in Kannada, before his Tamil film.
