The National Weather Forecasting Centre, India Meteorological Department, Ministry Of Earth Sciences has announced weather report today and here is a summary of weather and forecast bulletin:
Southwest monsoon has further advanced into remaining parts of Central Arabian sea Konkan and Madhya Maharashtra, some parts of North Arabian sea and South Gujarat and some more parts of Madhya Pradesh
Northern limit of monsoon NLM passes through Lat. 21◦ Long 60◦ east Lat 21◦ north long 65◦ east. Veraval, Surat, Indore, Mandla, Pendra, Sultanpur Lakhimpur Kheri and Mukteswar at lat 31◦ north and long 80◦ east
Active to vigorous monsoon conditions resulting in widespread rainfall with isolated heavy to very heavy and extremely heavy falls are very likely over sub-Himalayan, West Bengal and Sikkim and Assam and Meghalaya and widespread rainfall with isolated heavy to very heavy falls over Arunachal Pradesh and Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura during next two days
A low pressure area is likely to form over North bay of Bengal and neighbourhood around 30th June
Strong winds and rough sea in association with the Southwest monsoon likely to prevail over Southwest and West Central Arabian sea during 26th to 30th June and over East Central Bay of Bengal and adjoining Andaman sea on 28th to 30th June 2019
