AC Tirulokchandar is the famous director who directed more than 60 films in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu. Tirulokchandar passed away at a private hospital in Chennai at the age of 85. He is survived by a son and a daughter. Tirulok had 2 sons and a daughter. His younger son passed away due to cancer, a week ago. Tirulok, who was in an unconscious state for the past few days, doesn’t even know about the death of his son. Tirulok’s immortal remains are kept at his elder son Raj Chander’s house and will be cremated today evening. Tirulok was one among the few directors, who worked with the legendary actors “

” and
Sivaji Ganesan
. His debut flick, “Veera Thirumagan” was a super hit film on those days. He introduced “
Sachu
” as a heroine through Veera Thirumagan. The super hit film, “
Anbe Vaa
” featuring MGR and “B. Sarojadevi” was directed by AC Tirulokchandar. His last movie was with his favorite actor Sivaji Ganesan in 1986. It is “Anbulla Appa,” which also starred “
Nadhiya
” and “
Rahman
