Varalaxmi Sarathkumar Joins Dhanush!

Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, who made her debut as an actress in Poda Podi directed by Vignesh Shivan, has been playing varieties of roles nowadays. She has been choosy right after “Bala" directorial venture, Thaarai Thappattai with “M Sasikumar.” The exemplary performance of the actress got her an excellent opportunity to star alongside Megastar “Mammootty” in a Mollywood flick named “Kasaba.” The actress got another chance to share the screen space with Mammootty in “Masterpiece,” which has been running successfully. The latest information is that she has signed doing the film with “Dhanush” in “Maari 2.” Balaji Mohan directs the film. Varu’s role is not yet revealed. Balaji Mohan tweeted, “The super talented @varusarath is on board #Maari2 for a pivotal role completing the casting ensemble! Exciting to see all the characters I put on paper turning into casting.” Varu tweeted, “Wooohoooo... so excited to be a part of #Maari2 can’t wait for the fun to start..!!!” The film has Sai Pallavi as Dhanush’s pair.
