Rajini And Vijay To Join Hands?

Superstar “Rajinikanth” has been busily working in his next film “Petta,” scripted and directed by Karthik Subbaraj. The film has “Simran,” Vijay Sethupathi, Trisha Krishnan, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Bobby Simha, Megha Akash, Sananth Reddy, Guru Somasundaram, Munishkanth “Ramdoss” and many others. The film has the music composition of Anirudh Ravichander, the nephew of Superstar Rajini. Kalanithi Maran of Sun Pictures produces the film. It is to be noted that Kalanithi Maran produces “Vijay” starrer “Sarkar” too. The latest rumor is that the production team might release the teaser of Petta during Sarkar audio launch and hence superstar Rajini and Vijay might appear on the same screen. However, nothing is confirmed by the production team. Sarkar audio launch will be held on 2nd October. Keerthy Suresh paired Vijay and “A R Murugadoss” directed the film. “A R Rahman” composes the music. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Radha Ravi and Pala Karuppaiah are in the supporting star cast.
