Rahman Quits Telugu Film For Tamil?

“A R Rahman,” the Oscar hero has a lot of films on his hand, including his own production ’99 Songs.’ His previous hit is “Mersal” featuring “Vijay,” directed by Atlee Kumar. The latest news on Rahman is that he is said to have quit his Telugu film with “Chiranjeevi,” Syee Raa Narasimha Reddy. The film has “Nayantara,” “Sudeep” and Vijay Sethupathi too. Rahman quit the film due to the clash in dates. But, the rumor mills stated that as he might commit doing Vijay 62, he would have quit Chiranjeevi film. However, nothing is confirmed. Already Yuvan Shankar Raja is in talks with Vijay 62 team. The film will be directed by “A R Murugadoss,” who have joined Vijay after “Thuppaaki” and “Kaththi.” Rahman has two English movies, 2 Malayalam movies, 2 Hindi movies and four Tamil movies on his hand. His next release will be “2.0” with Superstar “Rajinikanth” directed by “S Shankar.”
