Now, the sportswoman is the first Indian to clinch the title at BWF World Championships. Sindhu beats world No. 4 Nozomi Okuhara in the straight sets 21-7, 21-7 in 36 minutes. Besides this championship, Sindhu is one of the most successful women in the single shuttler category. Yes, she had won five medals in just 6 matches.
By grabbing the gold in BWF World Championship, Sindhu had become the 4th single shuttler to grab all the world championship medals. India is proud to have got this successful winner by its side. Congrats, dear Sindhu for proving your skills and getting gold for India with the Champion Title!
