Pure Cinema Bookshop has been opened in West Sivan Kovil Street in Vadapalani. Director Mysskin opened the bookshop. There is a uniqueness to the book shop.

The book shop happens to be the one meant for cinema industry alone. Cinema related books, important English books related to cinema, DVDs of short films, and documentaries are available here. The books received tremendous welcome in Chennai Book Fare held in the month of June. Arun, the founder of the book shop commented that one could purchase books, and buy a membership in the shop.
