One More Case Filed Against Trust Vote!

A floor test had been held in the Tamilnadu Assembly on 18th February 2017. After sending out DMK led by “M K Stalin” and the Congress Party, the Speaker conducted the Trust Vote and announced that “Edappadi K. Palaniswami” had won the test. Earlier, “O Panneerselvam” and his supporters requested the Speaker Dhanapal to conduct the secret ballot for the floor test. The Speaker denied those requests. Stalin, who had been sent out during the floor test has filed a case against the Trust Vote in Madras High Court and requested the court to announce it as void. The case comes to the hearing tomorrow. Meanwhile, advocate Balu has also filed a case against the floor test.
