“Mohanlal” is the versatile actor from Kerala, who had also played in a few films in Tamil too. Mohanlal had been in the film industry for forty years and the Kozhikode University had honored with an Honorary Doctorate. Yesterday, he received the honor from the University. Kerala’s Governor Sadasivam honored Mohanlal with the Award. Mohanlal is proud to receive the award in his hometown Kozhikode. He posted his photo on Twitter and captioned, “I am Pleased, Honoured and Humbled to accept D.Litt. from Calicut University.” It is to be noted that PT Usha, the former Olympic Medalist was also honored with an honorary doctorate.
