Marina Puratchi Director Slams The Censor Board!

Marina Puratchi is the upcoming film that speaks about the Jallikattu issue that happened in 2017. After a huge protest by the entire Tamilnadu for more than a week, the permission to host the Jallikattu was granted. Based on this, MS Raj shot a film. He sent it for censor, but it hadn’t been censored even after 80 days. They had rejected the film twice, without revealing the reason, says the director. So, the makers Naatchiyaal Films had filed a case in Madras High Court regarding this and also had requested to censor the film soon and make it release for Pongal. The judge had sent a notice to the censor board seeking the reason for rejection.
