LYCA Removes A Dialogue From Darbar!

Unlike “ Petta Click to look into! >> Read More... ,” Darbar faced a controversy. Some dialogues in the film seem to have made controversial by some people. So, LYCA Productions, the makers of Darbar decided to remove it.

LYCA tweeted, “எங்களின் தர்பார் திரைப்படத்தில் கைதிகள் சிறைச்சாலையை விட்டு வெளியே செல்வதைக் குறிக்கும் வார்த்தைகள் பொதுவாக எழுதப்பட்டதே தவிர எந்த ஒரு தனிப்பட்ட நபரையும் குறிக்கவோ அல்லது யார் மனதையும் புண்படுத்தவோ எழுதப்பட்டது அல்ல. இருப்பினும் அந்த குறிப்பிட்ட சில வார்த்தைகள் சிலர் மனதைப் புண்படுத்துவதாக தெரிய வந்ததால் அது படத்திலிருந்து நீக்கப்படுவதாக தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறோம்.” “In our Darbar film, particular words and dialogues having references to prisoners or inmates going out of Jail or prison during their imprisonment term was only included with an intention of providing an entertainment to the audience and is not intended to refer to any specific individual or to offend anyone.
