ISRO, the Indian Space Research Organization, attempted to have a soft landing on moon with the Vikram Lander, which was sent through Chandrayaan 2. But, the lander lost its communication with ISRO, when it was about to land the moon with just 2.1 km away. It was found at the surface of the moon, but not at the right position. Although the ISRO and NASA tried a lot to communicate with Vikram, they didn’t get the signal from Vikram.
