HOT: Petta First Single Review!

Rajinikanth's Petta, that has music by Anirudh Ravichander for the first time, has just had its first single release. Directed by Karthik Subbaraj, the first single is called Marana Mass and has been sung by SPB and Anirudh himself. It has the BGM from the motion poster. An out and out folkish number with high octane beats throughout.

The song is dominated by percussions of various categories that leave you wanting for more beats. Neatly composed as a Kuthu number, SPB's voice adds the much needed maturity and flare. Anirudh touchs the peaks with his vocals. Ani's usual style of blending 2 to 3 tracks of instruments are the biggest pluses of the very intriguing number.There is a heavy use of trumpets, trombones and horns topped with bass. A must listen. A sure shot hit among the masses for the flavour, top class tune and basic idea itself. Anirudh gets another one out of the ground in style! Get your dancing shoes ready for Petta's Marana Mass.
