However, he didn’t gain the title quickly and it needed hard work, dedication and more than that a humble personality. Director K Balachander, who introduced Rajini to the cinema, stated that he is proud to have introduced such a big star. Rajini had been the Superstar for the past five decades and none had held this popularity and none would become one, say the movie enthusiasts.
Even though he is at the top position, he is a down to earth person and he had never lent ears to negative criticism and also had never taken the praises to his heads but the heart. He always respects his fans and thank the people of Tamilnadu, who made him a Superstar.
