. The film has been shot for a couple of years. Karthi announced that the first look poster would be released today. As per the schedule, the poster has been released. Wow! Is it Karthi? We couldn’t believe our eyes! Karthi looks like a warrior with a tonsured head and beard. Dream Warrior Pictures produce the film. One of the producers, SR Prabhu says that they have planned to shoot the war sequences in Thailand and North India. Later, they realized that they have all the facilities in Chennai and shot them in a specially erected set. For the particular scene, which had been shown in the first look poster, they had hired 300 junior artistes. Gokul directs the film. The film is set in two periods and one is the current period. Karthi will be seen as a baddie in the ancient period portion. Karthi says that he couldn’t reveal much about his character, as it would spoil the suspense. During the shooting of a stunt sequence, a massive object hit Karthi on his chest, but as he has a shield with him, he escaped with minor injuries.
