FERA Case Adjourned To 4th April!

FERA Case on “T T V Dhinakaran” has been adjourned to 4th April. Egmore Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court adjourned the case after Dhinakaran’s advocate argued that he would appeal it to Madras High Court. Earlier, Dhinakaran appealed to adjourn the case to April third week, after the election of RK Nagar gets over. But, the judge dismissed the petition. Dhinakaran’s advocate filed a petition to exempt Dhinakaran from appearing before the court. Today Dhinakaran didn’t appear before the court. He has been involving in campaigning in RK Nagar for the upcoming election. Dhinakaran has to contest with “Madhusoodanan” of ADMK Puratchithalaivi Amma, Gangai Amaran of BJP, “J Deepa” of MGR Amma Deepa Peravai and Marudhu Ganesh of DMK.
