Ethiopia Woman Arrested For Gold Trafficking!

The customs officers had seized the gold worth Rs 59 lakhs in Chennai Airport. 1.7 kg of gold had been trafficked from Dubai and Sri Lanka. The gold had been hidden in the dress and the customs officers had arrested seven passengers, who trafficked the gold. They belong to Chennai, Sivagangai and Pudhukottai.

Besides this, an Ethiopia woman had also been arrested along with 13 people in Chennai for trafficking 3.5 kg gold worth Rs 1.55 crores. The Ethiopia lady, aged 56, was traveling from Nairobi. The investigations are going on. These incidents had shocked everyone. Today morning three passengers were arrested and yesterday, the customs officers witnessed seven cases.
