The newly elected MLAs in the by-elections are getting ready to swear-in today at 11 am. The by-election for 22 constituencies was held and DMK won 13 seats and ADMK won 9 seats. Their victory details are registered and published in the Gazette. The DMK party informed the Assembly secretariat that their MLAs would swear-in today and the Speaker Dhanapal permitted them. So, all the 13 elected MLAs will swear in officially as MLAs in the presence of the Speaker.

” and the senior leaders in the party will be present at the swearing-in ceremony. Like the assembly elections, the DMK had got a massive victory in the Lok Sabha elections. But, as their alliance party, Congress couldn’t make it big in the Lok Sabha elections, they didn’t get the opportunity to take part in the Central Ministry.
