Dhanush Confirms The Velaiyilla Pattadhaari And Maari Sequels!

It was a slight disappointment to the fans knowing that the 2nd collaboration of “Velaiyilla Pattadhaari” duo is coming up with a new script instead of Vip2 sequel. But now the star gives a pill to their relief. Basking in the success as a producer in “Naanum Rowdy Dhaan”, Dhanush found some time yesterday night to interact with fans. During the interaction, the question of both 'Vip2' and 'Maari 2' has been popped up by fans. For that Dhanush replied that he really wants to make “Velaiyilla Pattadhaari” sequel, once he finds the right time for it. “Velaiyilla pattadhaari” directed by R. Velraj created a much-needed break through commercially to Dhanush and it helped him get back to success track. Upon the questions from the fans regarding “Maari 2”, Dhanush replied that the initiatives on “Maari” sequel in currently going on. So, very soon the fans of Dhanush can witness their beloved star once again with the Handlebar Mustache. But we need to wait and watch, whether the makers will take this sequel from where the first part completed or retaining the core character and will go ahead with a new script. “Thangamagan” and an untitled film with Prabhu Solomon are the two completed projects for Dhanush and he will soon start working in Durai Senthil Kumar's Untitled Political thriller before he joins Vetrimaaran's Vada Chennai.
