Actor cum director, “S Ve Shekher” was dismissed from Nadigar Sangam in March 2018, without proper reasons. He filed a case against this and now the court ordered to put a hold on the dismissal order of S Ve Shekher. Shekher is the Life Member in Nadigar Sangam. Here is the court order:

As you are aware we have filed a Suit in O.S.4064/2018 to declare that the Resolution of the South Indian Film Artiste Association dismissing sri SVE SHEKHER, dated 10.2.2018 and letter dated 2.3.2018 issued by the South Indian Film Artiste Association as null and void. In the above suit in I.A.9866/2018 filed by us to grant an ad-interim injunction restraining the South Indian Film Artiste Association from giving effect to the Resolution dated 10.2.2018 and the letter dated 2.3.2018, the Learned IV Assistant City Civil Judge had granted an ad-interim injunction till 27.8.2018 and to comply with Order 39 Rule 3A of C.P.C.. I will sent the Private notices to the parties tomorrow and file the batta through court on Monday. and keep you posted with the further developments. I will obtain the Certified copy of the Order on Monday and forward the same to you
