Chennai Gets 1000+ Corona Positive Cases Today!

As per the report, today’s total Corona Positive cases in Tamilnadu are 1244. Among these cases, Chennai has got 1012 cases. With this, Chennai has a total of 17598 cases. Chengalpet reported 61 cases and Thiruvallur recorded 58 cases today. The total positive cases in the state are 25872. 14316 people are discharged today and TN has reported 208 deaths, so far. 9034 people are discharged in Chennai and the number of active cases is 8405.

158 people in Chennai died due to coronavirus, so far. 1717 cases in the state are imported from other states and have some travel history to foreign countries. 245 people are at the railway quarantine and 27 people are at airport quarantine. The virus spread is high and hence people are requested to stay safe and follow the government guidelines.
