The Rising Of Athivaradhar was announced a couple of months back and the people, who hadn’t even hear the name started invading Kanchipuram. The reason is that the Athivaradhar will appear before the devotees once in 40 years and after he bids a bye and gets into the pond, the state will witness a good rainfall and the agriculture will flourish. This was the belief and the people searched about Athivaradhar rising over the internet and had got to know about him. So, the Kanchipuram city is completely occupied by other district people. In the initial days, there were 50, 000 devotees a day, which was considered a great gathering. Now, 4 lakh and 32 thousand people are visiting the Athivaradhar temple, daily. Although there are enough securities arranged, the management and the police couldn’t avoid the scuffle.
