The Tamilnadu students, who want to apply for the Medical counselling, should submit the forms before 21st June. As there are complaints raised that the other state students grab the places of the Tamilnadu students, the government has decided to watch it seriously to avoid that. The documents to be submitted along with Medical Counselling Forms:
Transfer Certificate
XI Standard Mark Certificate
XII Standard Mark Certificate
XII Exam Hall Ticket
Bonafide Certificate For Studied Class VI to XII
Permanent Community Certificate
NEET Exam Mark List
If the student applies under Sports Quota, then the special form to be included
If the student’s father is an ex-army man, then the special form to be included
If physically disabled, the relevant form to be submitted
Income Proof (For Dalit and Scheduled Tribe)
Nativity Certificate for the students who did their schooling from VI to XII in other states
Certificate From Parents
Birth certificate /Ration Card/ Passport
X/ XII/ Degree/Diploma/Professional course
Nativity certificate
Community certificate
Aadhaar card
To avoid other state students joining in Tamilnadu quota, these details are required.
