A Case Filed Against Anushka Movie!

Anushka Shetty and Akkineni Nagarjuna shared the screen space in the Telugu film, Om Namo Venkatesaya. The film directed by Raghavendra Rao and the music composition is by “Baahubali” fame MM Keeravani. The film has been dubbed in Tamil as Akilandakodi Brahmanda Nayagan and has been gearing up for the release. Now, a case had been filed against the film to stop its release, as the posters of the film had the captions about “Vairamuthu.” In the posters, it was written as “ஆண்டாளின் பெருமைகளை உணர்ந்தவர் உயர்த்தியவர்.” Already, people are angry at Vairamuthu for his speech about Andal. The poster that praises Vairamuthu that he knew well about Andal and revealed the glory of Andal irked the public. A person named Pazhani has filed a case at Madras High Court’s Madurai bench, to stop the movie release.
