The real score why the makers decided to change the title has not been revealed. Two Countries is a triangular comedy love story. Mamtha lives in Canada while Dileep plays as an opportunist man who took the chance to migrate to Canada after marrying Mamtha’s character. Namitha, who played a cameo role is the real love interest of the lead actor, whom he dumped when he marry Mamtha.
