At present, the legendary director has been directing a Tamil film, Kaatru Veliyidai with Karthik Sivakumar and Bollywood actress Aditi Rao Hydari in the lead. “U Turn” star Shraddha Srinath plays a cameo role in the film. Recently, the actress shared a candid shot of her and Mani Ratnam on the sets of Kaatru Veliyidai. Shraddha said that it was a joyous moment to work with Mani Ratnam, the maverick director. Shraddha feels comfortable to work in Tamil films. She has been booked doing four films in Tamil. You will be excited when you know that even before the release of her debut film, she had been booked in three films in Tamil. Her debut film in Tamil is yet to be titled. She shares the screen space with Nivin Pauly, a Mollywood actor in the Tamil film directed by Gautham Ramachandran.
