The movie is a production by Sudhindra and is a directorial venture by Omprakash Rao. Director Omprakash Rao said to reporters that the movie is intertwined with romance and comedy. The movie is about the romance between a Tamil girl and a Kannadiga.

The movie pairs up Duniya Vijay with Parul Yadav. The pair is sharing screen following the success of the movie Shivajinagara. Most of the scenes will be shot in Cotton Pet, and there will be a number of action scenes in the movie. Also, the director added that the climax scene in train will be captured for 25 days. There will be as much as five numbers in the movie.

Also, there will be three-bit songs in the movie. Hamsalekha will score the music for the numbers. Danny is to be the stunt master for the movie, and the cinematographer is Ravi. The scenes in the movie will be shot in Madurai, Bangalore, and Sakleshpura. Two of the numbers in the movie will be shot in foreign locations.
