The latest film to get affected by the censor board formalities is “Udta Punjab,” featured by Shahid Kapoor, Diljit Dosanjh, Alia Bhatt and Kareena Kapoor Khan. The film was suggested for 89 cuts and a title change. This made the filmmakers grow angry on the board. It is heard that the members of the board suggest the cuts as directed by Pahlaj Nihalani, the chief. So, Pahlaj has become the target of the filmmakers, now.
