They have some Couple Goals for this Valentine’s Day. “Usually the stars pursue some short-term goals on their fitness. But, that doesn’t help for a long run. This year, we have concentrated on a lifelong goal to lead a healthy lifestyle,” says Prajwal. Both the stars have decided to follow some activities together including intermittent fasting and tough training for 20 minutes, informed Ragini.
