Director Muralikrishna Speaks Of His Movie Gara

It was a wonderful surprise for the media people both print and electronic on Monday afternoon as the director of Gara made an announcement that the producers of the movie are media. A huge garland was put on TV cameras, and another garland was brought to the side where print media was sitting at the Bell Hotel to take up the assignment. It is to be noted that Hindi star Johnny Lever is making a debut in Kannada through the movie. And also, Sadhu Kokila is into the movie.

Muralikrishna brother of Shantharam has taken up the first independent direction. The movie draws inspiration from RK Narayan’s legendary novel Small Line. The music for the movie is scored by Gururaj and his son Sagar Gururaj. The script for the movie was decided in consultation with fifteen general public from various sections of the society. The director said that for the movie Gara one sentence from RK Narayan novel made him take up the movie.
