Abhinandan Varthaman, who was captured by Pakistan army after his fighter jet F16 was shot down. After the Pulwama attack by the terrorists, the Indian Army made an attack in the Pakistan terrorist camps. In this attack, the IAF Pilot, Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman was captured by the Pakistan Army and he was released after a few days, safely. He had been held as a captive from 27th February to 1st March 2019.
Even though he was in the Pakistan custody, Abhinandan didn’t spill even a letter about India’s army secrets. He was left free in the Indo-Pak's Wagha border. According to a source, it is stated that Abhinandan Varthaman will be honored with Vir Chakra on
