The Prime Minister announced a new Lockdown with a different set of regulations. However, the PM didn’t announce the lockdown 4 date and rules. He stated that we had to live with the masks for a certain period of time and social distancing should also be maintained. In his speech, the PM stated that the government has formulated a new economic package of Rs 20 lakh crores, which is 10% of India’s GDP. The details about the next lockdown will be announced soon. Tomorrow, Nirmala Seetharaman, the Union Finance Minister, will address the nation with detailed reports.
Coming back to lockdown, the exact details about the lockdown and the new restrictions to be followed will be announced before 18th May and it will be decided depending upon the reports from the states. Let’s wait for the states to send the feedback!
