has been fighting for causes since quite some time now. Earlier she has been trying to fight for the LGBT community and garner support for them by raising funds for a music video to promote the cause. She is now back with a series titled “WOMAN” which will focus on the violence based on gender. Although it is at an initial stage, but reports say that the series is bigger and better- with a more promising and powerful motive and work, she seems to be back with a bang.
Monica reveals her role of a correspondent in the series and is honoured to be a part of a series that is has such a powerful insight to something so sensitive. Talking of her first sequence in Canada, she says the shooting regarding the “Highway of Tears”, a story of women who go missing or are found murdered on the Highway 16, has been wrapped up. She further states that the series will be premiering on May 10 on Viceland, a US channel.
