The virtuoso South Korean actor Lee Min Ho was appointed as the honorary ambassador of the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics. He was given this honor by the organizing committee. This is the first time in the history of the Olympics, an actor is given such a designation. Lee Min Ho says that, his favorite games are surfing and skiing and he has a great interest in the Olympics too. "I will surely promote the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics in the best way, I can" added Lee Min Ho. There are also various sports personalities named as the ambassadors, along with Lee. This South Korean actor came to the limelight after playing the role of Gu Jun Pyo in the TV series " Boys Over Flowers Boys Over Flowers is a Korean series based on Japa >> Read More... " in the year 2009. Lee’s “City Hunter" earned him a stunning fan following not just in South Korea, but also in the Philippines, China, Japan and even in some parts of Europe. Apart from acting, Lee Min Ho entered the music industry too. He made his debut music album, named "My Everything" in 2013. The 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics will be held at Pyeongchang, which is a county in Gangwon province in South Korea from February 9th to 25th.
