Razzak Khan: The Times He Proved Himself To Be The King Of Comedy Hindi Article

‘Razzak Khan’’s death on 1st June 2016 has left the Bollywood industry to grief for a long time. He is popularly known for his comic roles in ‘Baadshah’ and ‘Hello Brother’. In his 23 years of Bollywood career he has contributed immensely to the industry which cannot be replaced by any other actor. From 1993 to 2016 he made us giggle and laugh at the time when everyone was struck with sorrow. Some of his contribution to the Indian entertainment can be listed as under:

1. Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja

The movie’s budget was the highest in 1993. He made his film duet with this film and played the character of Keshav.

2. Raja Hindustani

He portrayed the character of a taxi driver in the film. The 22 crore budget movie in the box office earned 185 crores. The movie casted famous actors such as Aamir Khan and Karisma Kapoor.

3. Hello Brother

A 1999 movie was directed by Sohail Khan. Razak Khan played the role of Ninja Chacha which is one of the most memorable roles he played during his lifetime.

4. Baadshah

The king of romance Shah Rukh Khan starrer Baadshah was released in 1999. He played the role of Manikchand which is one his finest works in the industry.

5. Ishq

He was probably one of those actors who justified LOL to a great extent. He played the role of Nadi Didi Changez in Ishq and made us laugh till our tears rolled down our cheeks with laughter.

6. Akhiyon Se Goli Maare

The movie released in 2002 where he played the role of Takkar Pehelwan who was a guy dressed in lungi. The movie starring Raveena Tandon and ‘Govinda’ along with Razak Khan made us laugh in every bit.

7. Haseena Maan Jayegi

The movie released in 1999 where Razzak Khan played the role of Fainku who was a gang member. The movie starred Karisma Kapoor, Pooja Batra, Sanjay Dutt, and Govinda.

8. Pyaar Kiya To Darna Kya

A 1998 movie where Razzak Khan played the role of Bholu earned around Rs702.5 million in box office. The movie also included ‘Dharmendra’, Salman Khan, Kajol Devgan and Arbaaz Khan.

9. Comedy Nights with Kapil

The comedy show is famous in every household. Razzak Khan played the role of Bua’s husband in some episodes. His comic timing surely would have blasted the time of Kapil Sharma as well. Thus his charm was not just limited to the Bollywood but also was spread to the small screen.

10. Welcome M1ll1ons

The release date of this film has not been finalized. His dedication as an actor and comedian is reflected by the fact that six days before his death he completed his shoot for this film. Truly an actor and comedian who will be remembered with a smile on our face. Thankyou Sir for making us laugh with genuine comedy.
