Bollywood films are just Masala flick, which is full of love, drama, action, Saga and so on. Sometimes people get so mesmerized by the class or beauty of the location, that they really want to explore the place themselves. The filmmakers make an excellent shot with mesmerizing neighborhoods which, when addressed by the public adds to the bucket list people who watch it. We give you ten such Bollywood movies that fooled us with their location.

1. Chennai Express

This Rohit Shetty film showed many scenes which were said to be in the state of Tamil Nadu from Komban. But this SRK starrer was originally shot in Pune at Wai.

2. Dabbang

The end shot of the film Dabanng was to be shot in Laalgunj, Uttar Pradesh, as the story was in the state of UP. But most of the scenes of the movie were originally shot near Pune, Maharashtra.

3. Phantom

Kabir Khan directed Phantom, interestingly the movie created Pakistan in the state of Punjab at Malerkotla. So though the film showed that it had been based in the neighboring country, it was only the central state of India, where they shot.

4. Bajrangi Bhaijaan

The climax of the movie was not shot at the border of India and Pakistan but the Thajwas glacier in Sonamarg. Also, all the shots of Pakistan, which has been showed are the beautiful scenery of Kashmir.

5. Bombay Velvet

Anurag Kashyap retraced Mumbai of the 1960s but what they showed was Sri Lanka done for the picture Bombay Velvet. The entire shooting of the movie has been done on this Island.

6. Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani

Ayan Mukherjee and Ranbir Kapoor Jodi always bring about a different perspective to any story. It creates a beautiful bond with youth. Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, was one such story. One thing wrong in the film was the trek to Manali which had been shot in the state of Jammu and Kashmir.

7. Bahubali: The Beginning

We all are awaiting the release of Bahubali 2. But one thing everyone can't stop mesmerizing about the waterfall sequence in the film. What you should be aware of is that there is no such fall anywhere in their world. Rather, it has been created by visual graphics method.

8. Fana

The Kajol and Aamir Khan starrer Fnna was supposed to show you the beauty of Kashmir. But I don't think many of you know that the film has originally been shot in Polland. So much fooling? One may say!

9. Mary Kom

National Award winning film, Mary Kom was supposed to show you Manipur. But the state was recreated in the Himachal Pradesh, Manali. Seem it was too much for the director to go to the extreme of the country.

10. Golmaal

Rohit Shetty's Golmaal series is said to be again the talk of the town as he just announced the fourth installment of the same. But do you know most of the film which was reckoned to be in Goa is actually of the Ramoji Film City of Hyderabad
