Warangal Srinivas, whose real name is Boddu Srinivas, is a lyricist, actor, singer, and musical director. Srinivas’s parents are Boddu Narsaiah (father) and Lingamma (mother). He came from Takkellapadu village in Atmakuru Mandal, Warangal District. While his parents and aunts are good at folk songs. His parents used to sing folk songs whenever they grew fibre in the fields. He started listening to those folk songs he used to mix with them and started to sing along with them. In that way, he started his music career, so songs became a part of his life. He wrote his song in the seventh grade. The first prize won by him is for the first song he has written.
Since then, his music-writing career has started. He used to write his songs about the present issues going on in the world by taking folk tunes from their villages. He wrote many songs in Telugu, Bengali, Assamese, Oriya, Koya, and Gond and sang them independently. On behalf of
