Suja Varunee is the stage name of Sujatha, who was born in Chennai. She is a supporting actress who has appeared in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kanandam movies. At her young age of 14, she was given an opportunity to act in a film Plus Two. But the film failed and Suja Varunee was left unnoticed as a heroine. She performed in Varnajalam, a Srikanth movie and made her face familiar to the Tamil audience. She turned to an item dancer and was called in many films to perform special songs. She has also acted in maayavi with Surya and Jyotika. When she danced in the Malayalam film Ben Johnson, she became popular.

She was acting in the name of Suja and after 2012, she altered her name to Suja Varunee. She appeared in many films with the popular heroes like Arjun, Sibiraj, Srikanth, Prasanna, Jithan Ramesh, Bharath and with Vadivel. Sandai is the Tamil film by Sundar C which uplifted her. Surprisingly, she made her debut in a Hindi film in 1997, Gulham-E-Mustafa as a character called Vidya. She continued acting in movies such as Kasi Kuppam, Thirumathi Tamizh, Ninaivil Nindraval, Agarathi and her currently last film being Manmadha Rajiyam in 2013. This 5 feet 3 inches of an actress was born in the Nawabi city of Hyderabad and belongs to a Punjabi family. Zareena is the original name of the south Indian actress Nadhiya. She was born in the year 1966 in Mumbai to the Muslim father, Moidu and the Hindu mother, Lalitha. Nadhiya has a younger sister called Haseena. In 1984, she entered the film industry through the Malayalam movie ‘Nokketha Doorathu Kannum Nattu’, along with Padmini and Mohanlal. The film was a super hit and it was remade in Tamil in the year 1985, as ‘Poove Poochudava’. Nadhiya acted in that movie too, with S.Ve. Shekar. Notable films in her career were Koodum Thedi, Kandu Kandarinju, Pookalai Parikaatheergal, Uyire Unakkaga, Nilave Malare, Anbulla Appa, Rajathi Raja, Raja Kumaran, M. Kumaran S/O Mahalakshmi, Thaamirabharani, Pattalam, Mirchi and Drushyam and more recently Bruce lee. Her hit movies include Tamil, Malayalam and Telugu movies.
