She acted with almost all Telugu heroes of 1980s. She won her first “Nandi Award for best supporting actress” in 1982 for “Manishiko Charithra”. She got a chance to work in some Hindi movies like “Wakt ka Shenshah” and “Qanoon ke Hathkadi”. But there was no limit of her talent. She also acted in many Tamil movies like “Nadodi Pattukkaran” and “Varavu Nalla Uravu” in 1990.
She won her “Nandi award of best actress” in 1996. She acted in more than 50 movies of different languages. She is one of the legendary artists of Indian cinema. She died in 2011. Her last movie “Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum” released after her death in 2012. His last film was also a blockbuster like her first film.
