Raj Anantha

Raj Anantha is a writer, director, and cinematographer based in Telangana, Hyderabad. He predominantly works in the Tollywood film industry. He has studied Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He started his career in November 2015 as a director of photography and cinematographer for the film Sita on the Road. It was released in 2021 and directed by Praneeth. The film was about five women who come from different socioeconomic backgrounds. They face different challenges in their urban and rural settings. While facing such challenges, they desire for freedom and escape from the reality, and begin to embark on an unknown journey. In October 2018, Raj started working as a Technical Consultant at Red Digital Cinema. Then in March 2019, he began to work as the Creator & Director at Zee5. While working for Zee5, he worked as the director of a TV series called Chadarangam. It was released in 2020, and the story was about some powerful politicians who fight against a renowned celebrity to control the political affairs of their state.
